President, the society of Energy and Economy (SEE), a
non-governmental organization affiliated to the International
Organization of Energy Economy, since 1977.

Founder and President of IRSEN (Iranian Society of
Environmentalists), a non governmental scientific organization, in
1995.

TDA (Transboundary diagnostic Analyst) for preparation of the state
of the environment of Caspian Region.

Working closely with regional organizations, conventions, and
programs, such as ROPME (Regional Organization for Protection of
Marine Environment), and CEP (Caspian Environmental Program) on the
environmental related subjects, since 1988.

A member of New York Academy of Science, since 1996.

Technical Adviser to the Department of Environment (DOE).

Head of the Editorial Board of the magazine, Man and the
Environment, a scientific quarterly, published by IRSEN.

the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1996.
PUBLICATIONS

Publication of a book titled, Environmental
Engineering. This book was awarded the national prize for the best
written book on the field of engineering in 1993..

During the last 20 years, he has published eight books no different
subjects in the field of energy, environment, industrial planning, and
technology transfer.
